By accessing or using MyRox ("the Service"), operated at www.myrox.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MyRox provides AI-generated personalized training plans and coaching recommendations for fitness, hybrid races, and Hyrox events. Plans are delivered via a web dashboard and optionally via WhatsApp or email. The Service is intended for informational and educational purposes only.
The training plans and recommendations provided by MyRox are generated by artificial intelligence and do not constitute medical advice, personal training, or professional fitness coaching. Specifically:
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service.
MyRox offers a 7-day free trial. Payment details are collected at the start of the trial. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis depending on the plan selected. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
Training plans are generated using artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic's Claude). While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may contain errors, may not be optimal for every individual, and should not be treated as professional advice. We do not guarantee specific fitness results, race performance, or outcomes from following the training plans.
You agree not to: (a) share your account credentials with others; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the AI models or prompts; (c) resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit training plans; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (e) impersonate another person or entity.
The Service, its design, branding, and underlying technology are owned by MyRox. Training plans generated for you are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our Service without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyRox and its affiliates, owners, officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of use, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that physical exercise carries inherent risks of injury. By using the Service and following any training plans or recommendations, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical exercise, including but not limited to muscle strain, ligament damage, cardiovascular events, and other injuries. You agree that MyRox bears no responsibility for any such injuries.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MyRox, its owners, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any injury or damage you cause to yourself or others while using our training plans.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
